Hello friends, this week sees the release of Wonder Woman - an actual film you can pay to see! And I might be just a tad excited. In anticipation of this much-longed for event here's a quick roundup of some of the best Wonder Woman trailers, news, and images in the final lead up to release.

Wonder Woman in gonna be in a movie! Here are three amazing trailers that prove it:

I had some thoughts about this trailer.

And even more thoughts about this one.

A brief aside to talk about that final trailer: IT IS PERFECT! Tiny Diana being funny! Tiny Diana riding a horse and fist-pumping to a song by Imagine Dragons! Diana digging her hands into a wall as she climbs to claim her weapons. Chris Pine showing that there are more than two jokes in this film. Everything is so great *sighs*.

The First Reactions for Wonder Woman are spectacular just by the way.

You can now see Wonder Woman posters in real life & they are freaking awesome.

Last week I was wending my way to work & saw this video advertising spot just repeating and repeating in the middle of our local shopping centre.

I'll be honest - I had precisely zero chill at this moment.

In case that wasn't quite enough DC announced its planned celebrations for Wonder Woman Day (2nd June 2017).

And the Supergirl cast got involved in promoting the film. This was a personal favourite of mine. This is your daily reminder that Supergirl and Wonder Woman are in the same universe.

The US premiere took place & the internet is full of photos of Gal Gadot, Lynda Carter & Patty Jenkins hanging out, looking amazing, and having fun.

Also, there was a giant Wonder Woman walkway on the carpet at the premiere!

And if you need something else to tide you over until the official release why not take a look at chaila's amazing Wonder Woman fan-vid Holding Out For a Hero? I just had to sneak that in somewhere - it's so good!

See you all on release day for maximum Wonderful squee.

Thanks for sharing all this! RL has been hectic enough that I haven't been tracking all this as it came out, but I'm so excited for the movie.

Wonder Womannnnnnnn! I want it to be the best superhero movie ever so that they will make All the Movies with lady superheroes -- I know that is putting too many expectations on one single movie but nevertheless THIS IS WHAT I DESIRE.

Alamo Drafthouse announced that it would have ONE women-only screening, and the dudebros lost their shit. Alamo took prompt action and announced that there would be several more women-only screenings -- and some in other cities as well. (The fact that the first one sold out within hours may have had something to do with that.)
