[ART] [The Lord of the Rings] Daily Life with Thrandy Leggy and Friends by
This is just a lot of characters from The Lord of the Rings with their heads pasted into stock photos. Thranduil teaching Legolas to drive will never not be funny.

[ART] [Agent Carter] Peggy Carter by
This is some amazing Peggy Carter art with a fantastic use of black and white. *__*
[ART] [Marvel] Tony by
I love the texture on this, the way the lines make Tony look a little rumpled. ARTISTS ARE WIZARDS.
[ART] [Marvel] Disturbing Tony from work by
Ahhhhhhhhh this is so warm and lovely and soft and happy. Characters hugging is my current aesthetic.
[ART] [Mass Effect] Joker and Edi by
Why is it that I always imprint on the most heartbreaking/emotional Mass Effect fan art? The expressions here. GDI,

[COSPLAY] [JX Online 3] JX Online 3 Mingjiao Martial Art School Cosplay by 真的菜菜
This is gorgeous. The costume and make-up is really well done! The poses are so dramatic, too - I really love the feel the billowing fabric brings to everything. I am not familiar with the fandom, but I am blown away by how cool these are.
[FIC] [Hotel Dusk] The Report by
I really, genuinely, love this fic. This is my go-to fic for trying to explain why I love Hotel Dusk, and for how I want noir-style stories to go. The characterisation is flawless, I really enjoy the way it jumps around in time, and it has some absolutely tone-perfect lines. Plus, it has a really great balance between Hyde and Bradley's friendship and the way the game shakes out, Bradley's bitterness and hope, and the way Kyle Hyde is a grumpy asshole who can light up a room if he wants to. ... And if you have played the game, the ending is the best thing.
I also recommend the Hotel Dusk fic The Suit by the same author, but that one REALLY doesn't make sense unless you've played the game through. (Plus, you may start off going "This is about a man at a bar with some odd phrasing?" and then about halfway through you realise what's occurring and it becomes genius.)
[FIC] [The Losers] Misunderstanding On A Fundamental Level by
What you need to know about me is that I have a constant, burning need for fic where there is canon-typical missions. Mission fic with pining, peril, and characters getting together at the end - I AM THERE. If it also includes the sort of relationship where people can shout "I love you!" at the object of their affections and still have there be pining, then I am probably in a ball of emotions on the floor.
... Yeah, I read this fic on Monday and I am still having intense feelings about it. I'm not even sorry. It has everything that I've already said I wanted, with all of the characterisation and feelings and everything being a colossal trainwreck that I could possibly wish for.
