I haven't read Guys Lit Wire in a long time. I read some...weird? Problematic things there when it first started and never went back. Is it more established now, you think?

The disconnect is that people think sexism only hurts girls. This is a lie. Sexism hurts girls and boys by forcing them into culture molds and disallowing them freedom of expression. Until sexism is eradicated, we will continue having this debate about how to get boys to pick up books marketed to girls (while girls continue to read in leaps and bounds, because they will pick up anything).

It's a huge knot! A huge knot of woe and confusion. :(
