Yes, I think each different kind of servant of Hannanja deals with one of the humors of the world and only the Gatherers seem to rely on the humor they collect to keep them sane/alive. So I while the Gatherers seems vampiric to me the other orders don't.

For me the fact that the Gatherers need the blood to survive (I guess once they're taken on as Gatherers, because they mention a young prince who has the dreaming talent not being taken on and there's no sense that he will somehow have to be kept in dreamblood) is primary in my interpretation of the Gatherers as vampires/parasitical beings. And the fact that they kill by taking the blood seems kind of vampiric. But I don't mean to sound like saying they're exactly like traditional vampires, or that they're actually written as vampires by N K Jemisin and everyone has to interpret them that way, that's just the way my personal reading history makes me interpret their role and fill in subtext.
