I loved Kyoshi too, but I don't remember giving Yangchen much thought - something to pay more attention to on a rewatch! And I love your point about how Aang doesn't see having women among his past incarnations as an issue at all.

I managed to watch the first two episodes of Korra when they were streaming a while ago and yes, I think I'll absolutely love it too. Your reaction to older!Aang was my reaction to Katara's screen time in the first episode. And the very last scene with her - my poor heart.
