Ahh, perhaps that explains some of how my numbers ended up quite so skewed in what-is-apparently-an-atypical direction (21 books by 12 female authors - plus 3 more books I'm in the middle of - to 11 books by 7 male authors). I do read a lot of YA. Because it is awesome :D
