I've noticed that, as a female blogger, I tend to get put on a lot UF fantasy lists and that what is sent to me is definitely more female-oriented. The queries to my male-reviewers are totally different. So it would seem that the publishers are paying attention to the gender of the blogger and sending material they think is more likely to be reviewed by that person.
