I had to sit and think about this. One of the things is already happening: they're doing a consultative vote on adding two new categories. This is a step in the right direction but it'd be nice to have it be more than consultative in the future, since 100% dudes are going to look at any majority consultative vote they disagree with and go "well, those people don't count because they're not in the room."

The other thing I'd like people who can attend to consider:

Is the current format of the Business Meeting (in person only, during con events so some attendees are locked out, Supporting Members locked out of participation by default even if they may have been or could be attendees in the future) truly serving the organization's long term health or simply The Way It's Been Done so it feels impossible to change or modernize? What rules are locking the Business Meeting to the current model and can they be examined? I've never even looked closely at the rules around when and how those meetings are held because going was always a nonstarter and WSFS leadership is...quietly hostile. In the latest version of the rules I could find it seems like the Business Meeting is inextricably linked to the physical convention, but I'm not sure why it HAS to be, anymore, when there are digital meeting tools that might work for Supporting Members who want to participate, and months and months of time that aren't during the convention where meetings could happen? And I know that's not a specific rule change suggestion, more of a general "why not this???"

But yeah, in the 00/10s ideas like this weren't feasible, but technology has advanced enough that maybe it's time for WSFS members going to these meetings to start thinking more about bringing in people who are obviously passionate but crushed under capitalism.
