A stunning portrait of General Leia. The cool-toned color palette is dreamy, and I love the contrast between her softly rendered features and the structure of her coat.

This piece takes the [REDACTED] sequence from the film and marries its visual splendor with Amilyn’s characterization in such a gorgeous way. I think Rian Johnson would love this piece.

[ART] [Uh, ‘80s movies?] ”80s fantasy movie qua-qua-quadrillogy” by [tumblr.com profile] thegorgonist
Robin Robinson created four stunning pieces that could serve as new posters for Labyrinth, The Last Unicorn, The Dark Crystal, and The Neverending Story. I love the limited teal and purple palette, and Robinson’s art style is so stylized yet friendly.

[ART] [Overwatch] Reach for the sky by [tumblr.com profile] thefutureisbroken (Ensemble) — This art is beautiful; it's a series of silhouettes with gorgeous colourful skies and character images in them; they're beautiful and so appropriate for the characters. I want every single one of these on my wall.

[VID] [X-Men Movies] My Number by [personal profile] trelkez (3:56) (Charles/Erik, Jean/Scott, Logan/Rogue) — Hi, do you want a video that's nothing but sad feelings about three of the major X-Men ships? Because boy, is this vid for you! The contrasts between the pairs of characters are really well put-together, and the fact that it manages to set up exactly enough happiness at the start that when it reminds you that everything is tragic it feels so much worse. A+ scene and music choices.
