It was SO ME! I am so glad I finally listened to all you smart people and dived in. And I'm already finding this thing about comparisons to be true. There's this book right now which I think is called The Villains and it has a very similar sound & the cover design mimics Secret History & I just don't trust it at all. The Little Friend is the one I don't have so I might just skip it then. I have The Goldfinch - good or just alright?
