This was mentioned in Abigail Nussbaum's review (http://wrongquestions.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/mad-max-fury-road.html) so you might like that. I disagree about the washing scene but there were lots of interesting points raised. I still thought it was better than like 90% of big Hollywood films though but I didn't get that 'Is this what it's like to have media made for you' feel that so many others did.
