There were horses! So many horses. Strangely, I did not connect emotionally with the horses this time, which is very weird because usually I'm all over that! Looking back, I'm not sure why. Even re: Tess's horse (whose name I don't remember, sigh) I was like, "oh, I guess that's sad. MOVING ON."
