I would be really interested in reading a post like this! I struggle, especially in my workplace, to verbalize with concrete examples why some commentary and behavior is sexist (or racist, which actually happens more, but that's not surprising given my coworkers). Most people don't find theory accessible at all which is the fast track to frustration and then a complete shutdown.
