Adventures Elsewhere collects our reviews, guest posts, articles, and other content we've spread across the Internet recently! See what we've been up in our other projects. :D

Clare

➝ Bookishly last month, I reviewed Maggie Thrash’s Honor Girl, Grady Hendrix’s Horrorstör, Aliette de Bodard’s The House of Shattered Wings, Amy Poehler's Yes Please, and Rainbow Rowell’s Carry On.

➝ Cinematically last month, I reviewed The Raven, The Phantom of the Opera (the one with Gerard Butler), Spectre, Anonymous, and The Addams Family.

Renay

➝ The end of the year approaches! Which means things are winding down. Ana and I posted a few episodes of Fangirl Happy Hour. :D

  • Fangirl Happy Hour 2015 Annual Survey! — we launched our survey and it's been great so far. People are so kind. ;___;
  • Star Wars — we discussed Star Wars: original trilogy, prequels, and people's questions about the series.
  • That Darn Internet — We brought [twitter.com profile] KateElliottSFF back on the show to discuss H.P. Lovecraft, the World Fantasy Award, fandom, and lots of other neat stuff. :D
  • Literary Cornfields — My recent trip to see Ann Leckie, the upcoming excitement of Smugglivus, and some other chatty stuff (i.e. who knows, I can't remember, but I'm sure it was great).
  • Captain America: Civil War Trailer — The release of this trailer is my super-villain origin story as I become a member of the Tony Stark Defense Squad.

➝ This month I didn't have many adventures elsewhere due to NaNoWriMo kicking me in the face and stealing my words (I didn't win, but I wrote 26,629 words, which is a pretty good start!), but I did post some things.

There might be a problem with Clare's links - none are working for me - I get a DW error.

Ahahaha, I am listening to your quick-shots podcast about the Civil War trailer and enjoying it so much. My life was incomplete without the article about the gayest moments from the trailer BECAUSE IT IS SO TRUE. SHOULDER PAT THING.

What's with your subtitle?

It's a riff off an extremely obscure meme only Tom Hardy and Myspace fans will appreciate.
